  • 1-2 scoops protein powder
  • 1-1.5 cup any nut or seed milk Coconut or almond work great!
  • 3/4 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 1/4 cup canned Coconut Milk
  • 1.5 TBSP cashew Butter
  • 1 TBSP flax Seeds Ground*
