  • 1 Cup Any nut or seed milk Almond is one of our favorites
  • 3/4 Cup Pinapple
  • 1/2 Cup Mango
  • 1/4 Cup Canned Coconut Milk
  • 1.5 TBSP Cashew Butter
  • 1 TBSP Flax Seeds Ground*
